Job responsibilities
1. Develop project clinical research strategy and plan.
2. Carry out effective KOL management, carry out expert consultation and other work, and collect the opinions and suggestions of clinical experts on the project R & D strategy.
3. Support the company's project evaluation, internal medical training and medical audit of promotion materials.
4. Collect the progress and academic information of experts in the treatment field, and conduct professional communication with target experts.
5. Prepare and update SOPs required for medical affairs; Guide medical specialists to carry out medical support work and evaluate their work;
6. Be responsible for the preparation and updating of project training materials, including but not limited to various slides, Da, manuals, etc., and organize the implementation of medical professional training for the clinical supervisor team.
7. Be responsible for drafting clinical research protocol, CRF, ICF and summary report, and reviewing relevant data.
8. Medical information services. Guide subordinates to provide professional medical literature for internal and external customers
Job requirements
1. Master degree or above, major in clinical medicine;
2. At least 5 years experience in medical affairs is preferred;
3. Familiar with medical affairs workflow and business; Familiar with the design and implementation of clinical research; Familiar with ICH-GCP, China GCP and relevant regulations;
4. Proficient in the use of office software and document writing skills;
5. Have planning ability, organization and coordination ability, communication ability, execution ability, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
6. Serious and responsible, fair and objective, rigorous and steady, strong sense of confidentiality, able to work under great pressure.

2. Handle customer relationship, accept customer complaints and coordinate the harmonious relationship between various departments;
3. Track and maintain the relationship with partners, provide business support and maintain long-term cooperation resources;
4. Investigate the market data and provide suggestions for formulating the business operation strategy of the project.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in clinical medicine, pharmacy, etc
2. At least 3 years of relevant business experience in drug R & D field, with certain business channel resources is preferred;
3. Familiar with clinical research affairs of drugs and medical devices, ICH-GCP, China GCP and relevant regulations;
4. Master office software skills and document writing skills.
